Former Italian defender Marco Materazzi has trolled Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane on social media by reminding him of how he headbutted him at the 2006 World Cup.
The incident is one Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane would never forget in his life as he was sent off after headbutting Materazzi in which Italy went on to win the trophy.
Presently, Real Madrid are not finding it rosy in the Spanish La Liga this season despite their status as the reigning champions.
Los Blancos are also out of the Copa del Rey and there have been many reports that Real Madrid chiefs are planning to replace Zidane at the end of the ongoing season.
Up till today, no one can confirm what Materazzi said to Zidane that made him livid at the 2006 World Cup.
Materazzi has now taken to his official Instagram to remind Zinedine Zidane of what happened at the World Cup in Berlin.
Real Madrid are currently fourth on the Spanish La Liga standings with 42 points from 22 games, and they are 19 points behind leaders Barcelona.
Barcelona are the only unbeaten side this season in the Spanish La Liga.
