Match report: Chelsea 0 - 0 Leicester City

- Chelsea secure 0 - 0 against 10-man Leicester City in the Premier League

- Defender Ben Chilwell sent off in the 68th minute for a tackle on Victor Moses

- Antonio Conte's side remain third on the table three above Liverpool

Chelsea were held to a 0 - 0 draw by ten-man Leicester City in the Premier League at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, January 13.

The Blues made just two changes to the side that drew 0 - 0 with Arsenal in the League Cup semi-final on Wednesday, January 10 and the team showed a lot of lethergy.

The Foxes dominated the opening chances as Jamie Vardy sent a lob just to the side of the goal when it looked easier to score while Courtious showed good reflexes to keep out Wilfred Ndidi's header.

In the 32nd minute captain Gary Cahill had to be taken off after pulling his hamstring as he chased Vardy.

In the 42nd minute Cesc Fabregas sent a stinging shot from the right that Schmeicel as able to push behind.

Both teams went into the half goalless but Leicester could be proud of their efforts.

In the 68th minute the referee sent off young defender Ben Chilwell after showing him a second yellow card for a tackle on wing-back Victor Moses.

The Blues upped the tempo as they looked for the goal; Willian sending a left footed drive straight at Schmeicel while Kante saw an effort from outside the box saved.

Chelsea remain third on the table three above Liverpool but with the same goal difference.
