Premier League club Arsenal have reportedly agreed to sign Frenchman Steven N'Zonzi from Spanish club Sevilla when the January 2018 transfer window opens.

According to the report by El Gol Digital, the Gunners and the Spanish club have accepted a deal which will see the Emirates' landlords pay the sum of £35 million.

The report also stated that the 28-year-old former Blackburn Rovers and Stoke City player has fallen out of favor at Sevilla following a row with the management.

N’Zonzi who stands 6ft 3ins was said to be upset at his half-time substitution against Liverpool in the Champions League in November 2017.

He is said to be a midfield enforcer the Gunners have been looking for since the days of Frenchman Patrick Vieira and Emmanuel Petit.
