- United and the Gunners want to lure him to the Premier League next year
Manchester United and their Premier League rivals Arsenal are now in another battle as the two teams are fighting for the signing of 16-year-old Santos wonder-kid Yuri Alberto.
After starring for the Brazilian Under-17 side, Yuri has attracted the interest of many European clubs who want to lure him into Europe.
According to the report, Arsenal and Manchester United have both sent their representatives to watch the player, and they were impressed with his display.
Santos have however slapped a £37.5m price tag on the youngster who they see as the star of their future.
He scored a staggering 51 goals in 35 youth matches for them last season, and he could now be on his way to the Premier League in January 2018.
Meanwhile, this will be the second time that Arsenal and Manchester United will enter the race to sign a player as NAIJ.com had earlier reported how they are both chasing top German superstar.
