Chelsea legend Paul Canoville is currently recuperating in the hospital after undergoing a life saving operation which could have claimed his life.
The 55-year-old has endured plenty of obstacles during his life ranging from battling drug addictions to beating cancer.
According to the report, Paul Canoville was Chelsea's first ever black player when he made his debut for the Blues in 1981.
Currently, it is not known what Paul Canoville is being treated for, but a statement has been released regarding his health status.
