He said this when Ferdinand traveled to Spain to have a chat with the Portuguese superstar ahead of the launch of his new Nike Mercurial boots.
During the chat, Ronaldo talked about how he has been able to settle in Spain after his world record move from Manutd to Real Madrid.
Ronaldo has gone ahead to become perhaps Los Blancos’ most lethal goalscorer, with 411 goals in 401 appearances and perhaps their greatest ever footballer.
Rio Ferdinand went further to ask Ronaldo where he sees himself in 10 years, and the Portuguese answered: “Maybe I’ll do boxing – just like you.”
