Head coach of the Super Eagles of Nigeria Gernot Rohr has released the names of the Nigerian players that will face Zambia in next month's World Cup qualifier in Uyo.
The list is made up of 23-man squad led by Tianjin Teda midfielder John Mikel Obi and also Chelsea superstar Victor Moses who is expected to lead the Super Eagles attack against the Zambians.
Former Nigerian U-20 goalkeeper Ayodele Ajiboye has been called up to the Super Eagles, and the Plateau United man will definitely face serious competition from Ikechukwu Ezenwa and Daniel Akpeyi.
A win for the Super Eagles in October 2017 against Zambia will give Nigeria the ticket to participate in the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
