Defender Leonardo Bonucci has joined AC Milan from Juventus for a fee reported to be close to €40m in what is a shock move to football fans.
Bonucci helped Juventus win six consecutive Serie A titles as well reaching two Champions League finals.
He was announced as an AC Milan player after undergoing a successful medical at Casa Milan on Friday, July 14.
Reports claim the 30-year-old will be named the captain of the team who have spent bid this summer.
Bonucci was one part of one of the greatest defensive units ever which also included Georgio Chiellini and Andrea Barzagli.
The Italian reportedly has a strained relationship with Massimo Allegri who is ironically a former manager of AC Milan.
Bonucci is Milan's seventh signing of the summer following the arrivals of Hakan Cahanlogu, Fabio Borini, Andre Silva, Frank Kessie, Ricardo Rodriguez and Mateo Musacchio.
