2. Robin van Persie (Arsenal to Manchester United)

Wenger was never ready to sell to his rivals, so when Van Persie left his beloved Arsenal for Manchester United, everyone was surprised.

3. Oscar (Chelsea to Shanghai SIPG)

At 25 years of age, a player of Oscar's ability should never be joining the Chinese League but that's exactly what the Brazilian did in January 2017. Juventus, AC Milan and PSG were reportedly interested in his services. He is currently the fourth highest paid player in the world.
