Premier League giants Manchester City are reportedly ready to bring Juventus and Brazilian defender Dani Alves to England this summer.
NAIJ.com can authoritatively report that Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola wants to have a reunion with the 34-year-old former Barcelona star.
Although Dani Alves has a year left on his contract with Italian club Juventus, the City boss is optimistic of convincing him to make a switch to the Premier League.
Guardiola and Alves won six La Liga titles and three European Cups during their time at the Nou Camp. Alves reached the Champions League final last season, but has indicated his willingness to leave Juve this summer.
Meanwhile, Manchester City are now expected to face serious competition from Premier League champions Chelsea and Tottenham in the race to land the 34-year-old.
