Rantie, Vilakazi to lead South Africa onslaught against Super Eagles

Head coach of Bafana Bafana Stuart Baxter has announced his official squad to face Nigeria in the opening encounter of the Africa Cup Of Nations qualifiers.

The Englishman was unveiled as the new national team coach on May 15, where he made his first official address in the hot seat, outlining his plans for Bafana’s upcoming fixtures.

The team will be in Uyo-Nigeria, where they face the Super Eagles on June 10, and it is understood that Baxter is set to hit the ground running.

Recall that Tokelo Rantie scored a brace the last time these two teams met at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium to deny Nigeria a place at AFCON 2017. That game ended 2-2.

Now, the outgoing SuperSport United head coach has named his official 25-man with the same player leading the attack.
