Nigerian international soccer star Victor Moses is a fulfilled man after winning the Premier League title with his club Chelsea on Sunday, May 21, 2017.

But to the surprise of many football fans, the Super Eagles star brought out his partner and his two kids after his side's victory over Sunderland at Stamford Bridge in the Blues' last game of the season.

Nothing has ever been heard about Victor Moses' partner as the former Liverpool forward has kept his family in private, but decided to show the world after winning the PL title.

Legit.ng understands that Victor Moses has a 4-year-old son named Brently and a 2-year-old daughter called Nyah.
