- Arsene Wenger will sign a new two-year deal with the Gunners
- The Frenchman will announce his decision after the FA Cup final
- Wenger is expected to sign the deal regardless the outcome of the FA Cup game with Chelsea
Embattled Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has reportedly agreed to sign a two-year extension deal at the Emirates, and the Frenchman will announce it after the FA Cup final with Premier League champions Chelsea.
This latest development will come as a huge blow to many Arsenal fans who are expecting the former Monaco boss to quit his position with the Gunners at the end of the season.
Gunners faithfuls have demonstrated openly many times that Arsene Wenger should leave the Emirates, but the 67-year-old is not perturbed with their grievances.
Wenger whose current deal is £8.3 million a year is expected to sign the new deal regardless the outcome of their FA Cup final duel with the Blues.
Meanwhile, the outcome of the final Premier League games on Saturday, May 21, 2017 will determine whether the Gunners will finish among the top four teams.
