Togo have announced the date for the much anticipated friendly clash with the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
According to reports, the friendly is set to take place on June 1, as it was confirmed on Togo Football Federation's twitter account.
The game will be used as part of the preparation ahead of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations(AFCON) qualifiers which begins in June.
Recall that the Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr has called-up 25 players for their friendly against Corsica in May.
NAIJ.com also reported that the Nigerian national team are set to take on Germany in a world class friendly as preparation for their 2019 AFCON qualifiers.
The Eagles begin their quest to qualify for the 2019 edition of the tournament against South Africa on June 10 at the Godswill Akpabio International stadium in Uyo.
