Antonio Conte's men are now on 60 points from 25 games, 10 points ahead of Tottenham and Arsenal. Manchester City who are on 49 points have a chance to move to second position if they defeat Bournemouth on Monday, February 13.

Chelsea host Swansea at the Stamford Bridge in their next game on February 25.
