The 28-year-old striker will now miss out in today's action, January 14, as he was dropped by Conte from the team to face Leicester City.
Sources at the club claim that Costa has trained alone at Cobham for the past three days.
Hours later, it was gathered that representatives for Diego Costa are in China looking for potential lucrative offers for the Chelsea striker.
Costa is being offered £576,000-a-week by a Chinese Super League club.
He could become the latest Chelsea star to move to China should he accept the offer.
However, Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is unwilling to sell his top striker as he has two more years left on his contract.
But according to Sky Sports news reporter, Kaveh Solhekol, Coach Antonio Conte may be fed up with Costa's attitude.
Solhekol reports that Diego Costa bust up at Chelsea ended with head coach Antonio Conte shouting at him: "Go to China!"
Costa is Premier League top scorer with 14 goals in 19 appearances this season.
His contract runs until June 2019.
