Arsenal have looked better this season and are currently second on the Premier League table after 14 games but there are some players who are not getting game time.
Here are six players who need to leave the Gunners in January to become the world class stars they have always promised to be;
1. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain
The player with the most potential not getting minutes. His way on the wings is blocked by Alex Iwobi, Alexis Sanchez, Theo Walcott, Lucas Perez and even Aaron Ramsey.
The only reason why he is not yet a starter is consistency. A little bit of that and an end product will push him to world class status.
2. Carl Jenkinson
The right back has huge potential but injuries have not been fair to him. Moreso he is behind Hector Bellerin at right back. A move to a club he can consistently feature in and one who can cater for his injuries are essential.
3. Mathieu Debuchy
Like Jenkinson, Debuchy is not a starter because of injuries and Bellerin. He was brought in as a replacement for Bacary Sagna but has yet to cement his place in the side.
A move back to France will do good for the 31 year old.
4. David Ospina
His performances in the Champions League this season have been outstanding. Some have even called on the Colombian to replace Petr Cech in the leaue.
Arsenal have two world class goalkeepers which is a bonus but is at the detriment of one person's career.
5. Yaya Sanogo
Hailed as the next big hope of goal scoring, Sanogo is yet to stamp his authority in Arsenal. He has potential and a move to a club outside the top leagues could do the trick.
6. Chupa Akpom
The Nigerian is not playing games and his way is blocked by many players. He was once hailed as the better of the two between himself and Iwobi and while the latter has gone from strength to strength, he has lacked confidence.
A loan move in January could do the trick for the Super Eagles hopeful.
